Everywhere...You never there.
*has a 80v battery operated mower. just presses start* :obama:

i have a 1080p security camera and my neighbors know i have one, they don't want to get fined so the last thing they want to do is let their dogs shyt on my lawn. before i moved into a house i lived in a condo where they dna swabbed the dogs and if your dog's shyt was found they would trace it to him and fine your ass. :mjlol: if you constantly did it they could toss your ass out on the street.

:ohhh:

:wow:

On so many levels... gotta up my mower game up, tho... :wow:

Not to mention i live on a busy street so my shyt need to be on point.

You can get it on point ya'self too if you had the time, tho...

@hashmander

that's the truth... and that scalp shyt is bad for the grass. I'm 2 notches below the highest setting. I have to cut more, but it's better on the grass.

trying to get a new edger... gotta see what's new out there.

What type of refrigerator are you talking about?

Side By Side, Top Freezer, Bottom Freezer?

Depending on what type, it could be made by Samsung, LG, Frigidaire, Whirlpool.

Kenmore is a solid brand and their quality is actually higher than the manufacturer's own products (they have stricter requirements).

Sears looks to be going out of business fairly soon, so nobody knows what will happen with the brand. Probably something similar to when they sold Craftsman Tools to Black & Decker.

But your warranty and servicing should be straight regardless of who owns it.

Regardless of brand, if you get a Bottom Freezer there's a significant chance of icemaker failure. It's tough to make one with a low failure rate because the icemaker is on the fridge part, which is too warm and it causes problems. Nobody's been able to fully solve that problem.
I'm looking for a bottom freezer. Didn't know about the ice maker thing but makes total sense. Not that big of a deal breaker for me. I hardly use ice.

battery mower not going to work for me unless I buy several batteries. I'm sitting on almost an acre and I usually divide my cuts into days, lol. I really need a riding mower.

Oh and I don't live in a neighborhood, were on a side road, so no HOA and nobody is really held liable. I got outdoor cameras and a video doorbell.
if it's easy terrain i would get a robotic mower and set it loose.

they also have battery operated riding mowers that supposedly can do 2 acres on one charge.

^ Damn, homie. You got a nice set up.

I keep it basic. Honda Lawnmower, and a Black & Decker battery weed wacker. No edging, but I may have to look into that.

And I rake my sh*t. It's an excuse to be outside so f**k it. I only rake for about 5-6 hours in November so I could never justify the investment.

down here dudes who cut for $30 use a riding mower and just scalp your grass. and they spread weeds from all the other lawns they ran that shyt over. i cut my grass on the highest setting and cut it twice a week in the growing season if necessary. no one is gonna care more about my grass than me so i have to do it.

Man, this is the first year I had to do that twice a week sh*t. My lawn is hella healthy right now and it's been growing like wildfire. Still got some weeds popping up here and there but it's been on point.

I'm in Charlotte, so my grass will be beat down by July-August. I have Fescue grass that really can't handle above 90 degrees unless you water the hell out of it. Some people down here have Bermuda but that's the stuff that turns brown in the winter. No bueno in my book.

yeah fescue is a non-starter down here in central florida. the most common grass is st augustine, followed by bahia and zoysia. if i had a kid(s) i would have zoysia in the backyard at the very least because that shyt is like walking on plush carpet.

as for weeds the biggest things i have to worry about is crabgrass, which i put down pre-emergent in february to ward it off and nutgrass (sedge) which is year round :stopitslime:. i use a product called image nutsedge killer for that.

I'm from Miami, so I know the deal. Started cutting grass at 12, and had to do it year round.

Once you get into GA and north, you get to chill on the lawn maintenance during the winter.

Nice set up indeed. :wow:

Same time though I really don't wanna mow weekly :snoop: I guess it is what it is

I've had to reconfigure my thoughts to accept that reality.

those edger and blower attachments are universal and work with the gas powerhead like this one too (or buy the power head with the trimmer attached that are sometimes on sale for $100):

Ryobi Expand-it 25 cc 2-Cycle Full Crank Gas Power Head-RY251PH - The Home Depot

i like to get my air ducts and dryer vent cleaned in the spring.

blow the leaves out of the roof valleys because if they stay up their it will cause damage. i do that year round when i see them anyway.

general landscape cleanup is good too.
What's the benefits of this?:ohhh:

And I love my electric mower I just cheaped out for a cord instead of battery:francis:

well clean ducts means cleaner air is circulating through your house. clean dryer vents (that's the pipe that is in the wall by the dryer and exits out the house, side or roof) means you won't be having lint build up in the dryer vent and that could cut down on drying time (electricity usage), but most importantly dryer vent fires are a thing. even if you clean the lint trap after every cycle lint still builds up in the dryer vent.
