So I actually won a bid on a crib. :obama: Its a HUD home so I hope it goes though. No major major repairs needed but some rapscallions took some pipes in the basement :francis:

Kitchen is in GREAT condition. So good I actually don't have to do a thing to it. HUGE driveway and backyard, to the point where I don't know what to do with it. :lupe: Parking is tough so I may charge for parking spots :lolbron:

Help me guys, what type of furnace and water heater is best? I just need general ideas on renovation, but I'm not trying to break the bank :sadcam:

Planned to cut my lawn last week but didn't maintain my mower before then. I tried cranking it like 30 times and failed. Tried a couple days later and it cranked in 1 try :ehh:.

On another note, I got a neighbor who likes to let his dogs roam free in the mornings, though he has a big fenced in backyard. They like to shyt on my yard and I think I saw piss on my welcome mat at one point. What can I do to deter this? I kind of hope my other neighbor's pit bull rips them to shreds:demonic:.

It's petty, but it's just inconsiderate of my neighbor. I heard I should purchase some fake coyote piss and spray around.

Everywhere...You never there.
All y'all 6cert, 6figure, 6pawgs, 6series negroes on here :usure: should invest in a generator, too. A top of the line one at that. Not that halfway shyt  (although something is better than nothing :manny: )

Especially if you're in an area that's prone to any kind of inclement weather.

Lookin' to get one sooner rather than later.

Navigating neighbor politics can always be tricky. And when you're a homeowner, you start looking at a lot of shyt that some others might consider petty like :birdman:

If there's a non-lethal and harmful deterrent then that should work, but if you can't find anything, then keep monitoring it and just holla at him straight up, tho.

People are stupid about their damn dogs, however... so you gotta make sure you have concrete evidence to support ya claims when you get at him.

Oh, and :salute: to you for cuttin' ya own grass. Didn't think my mower was gonna behave properly. Gave me a little sputtering but it got right. Need to maintenance that bytch tho.

:heh: ... I hear you, tho.

we got into a debate over that last year... :mjlol:

Any healthy, grown a$$ man who allows another man to mow his lawn needs to reevaluate himself

I just wanna cut my own shyt... for a variety of reasons.
on the real, i was about to buy a mower when i bought my house until the owner told me she had a guy that did it for $30 a cut.... i didnt even think twice about it after that. When im working from home and the come and tidy that shyt up..... its all worth it.

*has a 80v battery operated mower. just presses start* :obama:

i have a 1080p security camera and my neighbors know i have one, they don't want to get fined so the last thing they want to do is let their dogs shyt on my lawn. before i moved into a house i lived in a condo where they dna swabbed the dogs and if your dog's shyt was found they would trace it to him and fine your ass. :mjlol: if you constantly did it they could toss your ass out on the street.

down here dudes who cut for $30 use a riding mower and just scalp your grass. and they spread weeds from all the other lawns they ran that shyt over. i cut my grass on the highest setting and cut it twice a week in the growing season if necessary. no one is gonna care more about my grass than me so i have to do it.

battery mower not going to work for me unless I buy several batteries. I'm sitting on almost an acre and I usually divide my cuts into days, lol. I really need a riding mower.

Oh and I don't live in a neighborhood, were on a side road, so no HOA and nobody is really held liable. I got outdoor cameras and a video doorbell.
