Thank God because Texas property taxes are insane. Plus no state income tax though. VA diagnosed me with PTSD and an anxiety disorder and they denied my claim. You believe that shyt

Get this va rates me 100% says I can't work
But social security denies me their benefits shyt makes no sense they denied me for something they said I needed in writing in my records and I did and still said nope

Here's my DIY kitchen flip from my blog I'm working on. No prior experience. YouTube everything. Spent about $1800 on the entire project so far.
All the way down to the studs
New drywall. By far the most difficult part of the project. Never again.
Home depot cut the wood for the fridge surround all I had to do is give them the measurements.
Cut a pass through window to open it up a bit.
Concrete countertops was the most affordable option
Still have to install the dishwasher between fridge and sink and paint the moulding. Took me about 3 months to get this far. AMA, I love this stuff.
