Yall out here playing hardball like a muthafukka
Have a theatre AND a game room brehs
After 4 years in my house I finally did some much needed updates to my backyard. Replaced my deck and extended it so that it ran the length of my house. Finally was able to stain it last weekend. I also laid down new sod.
Stain is still wet in this picture.
I also refinanced my house down from 4% to 3.75% and got out of my PMI.
My basement is coming along nice but it's taking longer than id like but that's because I'm being lazy . Gonna work on it all this week and hopefully have the hardwood/carpet installed in a couple weeks.
Theatre Room:
Gotta paint the doors and ceiling black and do some small touch up paint, get some new sconces, and install carpet. This room will have a 120" screen, 7.2 speakers, and popcorn/cotton machine.
Living Room/Kitchen:
Just got recessed lights installed and im gonna do some touch up on the ceiling , remove the kitchen cabinets and breakfast bar, repaint the doors/trim, install the speakers in the ceiling, then install hardwood. Im gonna have my girl is gonna decorate this shyt, not sure what she's gonna put down there.
Game Room:
Just got the recessed lights installed and I just need to repaint the doors/trim/ceiling, and install the speakers/hardwood. I'm gonna have a flat screen on the wall, pool/air hockey table, arcade cabinet, and a skeeball table.
Hopefully everything should be finished by the end of October. I've been holding off on playing Uncharted 4 because I wanted to experience it right on the PJ. 120" projector, 7.2 speakers, and I'll cop a PS4 Pro.
Finna be a cold winter brehs
And if it's not on the credit report, what do I do with the debt? Do I pay it off? It's a student loan so I have to pay it, don't I?
This is a ranch home with full basement? Very nice job
It has a full bathroom and a bedroom too. Once it's done I'm never leaving that bytch
Deck and sod looking real good breh, especially the deck
About the fees/interest...maybe I can just settle?Student loans can't be charged off in bankruptcy so technically you're still legally required for the debt, but if it's not on you report then there shouldn't be an issue.
After you get your mortgage I would recommend checking on the debt though because it might still be generating fees/interest but def wait until you got your crib.
