For a yard your size/type if you can get at homedepot, lowes or menards if you have one get a hold of a couple of these

Gilmour 819603-1001 Pattern Master Impulse Sprinkler

super customizable as far as spray pattern, distance etc

you should water 1.5 inches a week, use whatever local weather app/site you have and just increase/decrease that amount based on your weekly local rainfall.

I like the one you posted and its cheaper than what i bought so that shyt is going back lol

Thanks my coli bredren

My handyman is booked until mid-September, so I'm going to get a few quotes to update my attic space for my daughter. Wish me luck! The thought of it all gives me anxiety, but she needs a bigger space.

It's already finished just needs to be modernized. I'm hoping $2500-$3000. Two new windows for sure, the walls are this weird material and need to be changed, then finally I want a more permanent fix for the HVAC situation. I currently put in a window unit in the summer and a large space heater, if we are up there long. If it blows the budget out of the water, then I can worry about it later. My main goal is to make it more of teen/living space than walk up storage.

Need help.

Guy quoting me 6k to drywall 2 rooms/ceilings in my basement. That price seems steep. The sqft for both rooms is approx 675.

What yall think?

Aw hell naw, breh. That shyt's only framed? I thought he might have to demo or something... I feel like $6K is alot. All he gotta do is put up the walls.

Keep looking for someone else to do it, my man.

Or youtube it and spend the $200 on tools you'll need for the job. Start with the smallest room to get some practice

Yeah bruh thanks for reassuring my assumptions, I'm waiting for one more quote to come in and if I don't like it. I'll just do it myself. I've done everything myself up to this point anyway.

I'll just rent one of those drywall lift's from Home Depot to get at them ceilings.

I swear by Milorganite. I go heavy and spread it every 3 weeks when my yard is starting to turn green and into the early summer. My neighbor was like:ohhh: when he saw how green my yard got. I follow this guy on YT called "howtowithdoc" and he promoted it before he went into business with Andersons(a company who makes fertilizer for golf courses). I bought a bag of their product too but I haven't spread it yet. Once I spread the fertilizer, I spray a liquid fertilizer called "super juice" on top.Just finished the last bag of Milorganite and will give it a couple weeks.

I suggest ya'll jumping on the Milorganite when its in stock because it sells out quickly.

Another tip to the yard people: If you have weeds, spray them with a liquid week killer then spread some pre-emergant granular weed killer. This will keep weeds away for 3-5 months at the minimum. Don't overdo it on fertilizer. Especially if you're in a warmer climate down south. Fertilize every 3 weeks and once you get in the middle of the summer, switch to a natural fertilizer like chicken feed.
