i been doing mulch all wrong, apply this right after you lay down some mulch and water it in, you wont have a single weed creeping through

Before putting the liner? Or is this without liner?

ever since i got my grass right i get so many compliments on the crib , i was working on shade garden on the side of the house and heard some lady talkin as she walked by saying how nice our yard is
Im thinking about selling brehs. The allure of a nice fat check to go towards our next home when the market cools off is kinda hard to ignore.
Gonna put out some feelers and see where it goes
Just finished spreading on the law. I didn't feel like waiting so I ordered 3 bags last night and picked them up this morning. Home Depot also started their mulch sale so I grabbed a few bags. I still saw a few weeds and a patch of crab grass, so I'm going to the nursery to see if I can find some of the products he suggested.
Thanks for posting the link to dude! I really do care about having an environmentally friendly lawn and I learned so much watching only 3 videos.

I’ve been trying to avoid the toxic shyt for a while now but I might have to go back to that shyt.
Does your neighborhood have an HOA and Yard of the Month?
The guy that’s going to do my flowerbeds just said he was going to use this. I told him I want the liner too. We trying to come to an agreement on plants and bushes now. His initial quote had like 21 plants. I was like gtfoh. I don’t need all that to start.
no hoa, no lawn of the month
I trying to be environmentally friendly too and was using a mix of vinegar, salt, & dish soap which was working really well but unfortunately it would only last a week or two max.
After a bunch of research came to the conclusion that it's not possible to have a well manicured lawn or bed without some chemical applications. I like this stuff because you only apply it twice a year. My house has 0 lawn maintenance in the past 30 years so I've been play catch up the last 4 I've owned it. Finally got the front yard up to par, back still looks like half a mini jungle
yup I have what they call a tiny lawn, just under 1,200 Sq ft, I use a green works electric mower, electric is the way to goYeah it’s starting to hit home that it’s just not possible
You use a push mower user? Currently push status but I’m thinking about getting a little Snapper riding joint.
Thanks for the heads upmake sure he uses contractor grade liner, trust me there's a difference between that and commercial grade.
Another heads up. I’ve been in my house 2 months. I’ve explained the previous owners were beyond shytty. But I thought I heard something rumbling around in the attic. Had my exterminator come out. He said he didn’t see anything but could tell there was activity. Possible squirrel or roof rats. He said there were several places were they could have gotten in. One pretty good sized space right under the roof that looks like a shadow but was actual an opening right in smdh. So they sealed so nothing can be chewed through all over the house top to bottom any spaces. They also plugged any cracks in the brick and painted.
They put traps in the attic and outside front and back. Also cameras. They left the cameras and checked them onsite every week for three weeks. He said either they would be sealed in or sealed out. I haven’t heard a peep since. Cameras showed nothing and nothing in the traps. My area is full of wild life. Rabbits. Coyotes. Bobcats the whole nine. Come to find out this is something the neighbors around here do immediately even when buying new. So just something you may want to consider. Critters can really f your stuff up. I was horrified reading some of the neighbors stories. Cost me almost a grand but I’d rather be proactive than let them lil shyts set up shop and then have to try and get them out. A racc00n literally came through my friends roof. Also make sure and get your trees cut back to try and limit access to your roof for the ones that crawl.

Exactly. This kind of pissed me off because I had it inspected twice and had a separate roof inspection and both of their ass missed it.FYI to everyone: When you buy a house from a previous owner, there WILL likely be some bullshyt that gets found out later that’s an issue that the inspector didn’t catch… and NO inspector will catch everything . Just have some money aside to deal with whatever you find after you close.
Man, I actually think they have legal protection that if it’s an issue discovered that’s outside of what’s deemed as essential, primary and/or fundamental to dwelling safety and structural composition , they can not be sued. It can vary from state to state though .Exactly. This kind of pissed me off because I had it inspected twice and had a separate roof inspection and both of their ass missed it.
