The Comfort Zone
The seller blew up our deal over $400 in repairs. I offered them $3000 over the list price. The requested repairs to the home came to $1400 and they were only willing to do $1000. At first they said they'd do the $1400 but 3 days later they refused to sign the agreement and told me to take $400 off it. The house has some pretty good water damage to it so I just said either do what I asked or release me and my earnest money and they released me.

I'd be tearing my hair out if I were their agent.

Had a similar situation but the sellers came to their senses and we're about to be in contract :blessed:

Her agent talked her into keeping the deal alive but I told my agent I'm out. She signed the release yesterday. Imma chill till the fall and the market somewhat cools off. I'm not for all these bidding wars in the summer just to win a contract.

PSEG worry free switched out my motor and board. AC is working thank god!

I think I would have had to get a hotel for the family or bought some window AC’s.

You know how much a new AC unit costs in the summer time??!! :picard:

Time for a new dishwasher :francis:

Appliances just get all kinds of disrespectful in the summertime :snoop:

I had to hand wash dishes for a few days and I realized Im just too lazy for that shyt. :scust:

So I went ahead and bought the new dishwasher from Lowes over the weekend. Spent a little over $300. Thank god for my Dad...he picked it up and installed it for me by himself.
Back in business now. *loads dishwasher obnoxiously *:jawalrus:
