I looked up current rent prices and the shyt is even higher
In my market it's like 700-750 for a 2bd/1ba with an attached garage. I inherited this tenant when I bought. Hes paying $550 per month. My mortgage is only $737. The rest is out of my pocket for now but that $187 ain't shyt. South Florida. I got 2 tenants at the moment. 1 pays 900 and the other 1000. I'm going to try and get $950 a month when this girl moves out...but realistically the way I do my budget is assuming I only get $1500 and I stash the rest for repairs or emergencies
