They got away with having no backup striker last year because they weren't in Europe. They're gonna need a lot more players now since they're in the CL, hence getting Lambert and most likely Bony (If not him then someone else). Without Suarez's 31 goals they still scored more than Arsenal last season. Besides Sturridge was the league second leading goalscorer and scored without Suarez on numerous occasions. And of course Dreem Sterling is the best player under 21 in the league, and he's only getting better.
