"Anton Ferdinand was one of eight players who chose not to wear Kick It Out t-shirts ahead of QPR's Premier League clash with Everton on Sunday.
The 27-year-old was joined in his protest by Rangers team-mates Shaun Wright-Phillips, Nedum Onouha, Djibril Cisse and Junior Hoilett, along with Everton's Victor Anichebe, Sylvain Distin and Steven Pienaar."

Time again for another Brazilian footy weekend recap mates.

Today we have the game of the year, which could or not define the champions of the Brazil. Fluminense @ Ateltico Mineiro.

Galo (Atl Mineiro) for those that don't know are from here, in Belo Horizonte, and fans will pack the Indepedencia stadium today because a win could reduce Flu's advantage to 6 points. Flu are currently 9 points ahead with the same games played. Kick off will be in an hour.

Flu's game last weekend against Ponte Preta was a controversial one as the referee ''helped'' them with a couple ridiculous calls in Flu's favor. 2 bad calls specifically, in which one was a penalty and a free kick just outside the box that led to a goal. And as the FA ''bias'' is more geared towards Rio-Sao Paulo clubs, today's game promises to be quite a spectacle.
