All the potential 'How do Chelsea line up for 20/21' teams I've seen, they all have Havertz as an 8. All the games I've seen of him its always been as a forward, 9/false 9, #10, SS in 3421 or RW. If Chelsea do play 433, I see Ziyech being better suited to play as one of the 8's, as he is more of a creator.

He could play as the most attacking midfielder in the 4-3-3 (which will basically be a 4-2-4 against 85% of the teams we play against).

Havertz making runs from deeper and running beyond, Ziyech coming in off the right and occupying the more central areas. They could easily be a good fit together the way I see it.

Ziyech really seems to be flying under the radar. Everybody talking about Werner, Havertz etc but he could easily have the most impact.

Spurs is a big team. It was one of the 4 biggest teams in the old Football League. A close 4th behind Arsenal with big players (league best Hoddle, Waddle, Allen, two Argies), more European Cups (of all types) than Arsenal and Man Utd and more FA Cups than anyone else.
