@SwannMarcus89
Conservatives are so downbad about the massive spike in Atlanta metro voting they're now coping by claiming that the white people voting early in DeKalb County are Republicans

@SwannMarcus89
Just FYI, the black turnout in DeKalb is 35.1%, which is only 1% lower than Georgia's overall turnout of 36.2%
The white people in DeKalb have extremely high turnout, but the black people in DeKalb do not have low turnout

@SwannMarcus89
Black voters in Cobb actually have higher turnout than the state's overall turnout rate (36.9% vs. 36.2%). Whites in Georgia almost always have higher turnout than African-Americans - black turnout rates in the Atlanta metro are very solid right now

@SwannMarcus89
Also, what's crazy about the turnout explosion in Fulton is that only 18% of 18-29 year olds in Georgia have voted so far
I don't think you can predict anything based on early voting yet, but it's fun watching conservative delusions of a blowout dissipate

@SwannMarcus89
What makes this even funnier is that I just checked and 59% (!?!?!) of DeKalb's voters so far are women
Those white women in Biden +67 counties in the Atlanta metro are a famous MAGA constituency

@SpreadsheetJky
FYI, as a white person who lives in DeKalb County I can tell you this is complete and total cope. There are nothing but Harris/Walz signs everywhere.

@ThHappyHawaiian
Is it that massive though?
Compared to previous cycles at 11 days out, the Rural vote is up and urban and suburban is down

@kynakwado
Swann, I really hope you're right about this.

@PlayoffTigers
Yesterday, the big 3 D stronghold counties (Fulton, Clayton, DeKalb) combined for 18.97% of total votes cast, down from 20.14% of total votes in 2020 and 21.79% of early votes in 2020.

They just pick new talking points. At least the convincing ones do. The others need to go back to Moscow for more advanced training.

@Chameleon876
Dekalb county is what turned GA blue so they should be nervous about the turnout
