Also, one recent release I can't recommend highly enough is Hitchcock's "Foreign Correspondent"

I blind bought during the Criterion.com flash sale a few months ago, and it's now one of my 3 favorite Hitchcock films. Soooooooo damn good.

Picked up Picnic at Hanging Rock, Belle De Jour, and Umberto D today with a couple of 20% off coupons I got in the mail.

Probably be heading back in a couple weeks.

The main one I want right now is Night of The Hunter. I been waiting to get it on the cheap for a while now:mj:
:ohlawd: probably in my top 5 of the recent batch of the last 65 or so old movie's ive seen.

i just thought the super cheesy and happy ending brought it down a notch

Yo, get a trial membership...print off the $8off$40 coupon....ask the clerk to scan it....boom, Criterion for $10 :merchant:

I picked up City Lights, The Great Dictator and Ace In The Hole yesterday.

If I can continue to get them for only $10, I'll end up with a lot more than I'd planned on lol

I was thinking there was a CC movie I was unaware of...

...there's a 70s Orson Welles film "Compulsion" that you had me thinking was on Criterion DVD or something lol
