I didn't read Unity #2 cause I been griping about their misuse of the title.
So When I opened this week's X-O Manowar.... first page had me

This has been my BIGGEST gripe about Marvel post-Civil War.
Hulk beats the hell out of heroes.... for the umpteenth time? EVENT.
Skrulls change nothing? EVENT.
Long dead god that never existed before shows up, gives out hammers that are never seen again, kills thor who comes back... all in a boring manner? EVENT.
Same as above.... with Hercules and no hammers.. no one even knows it happened? EVENT.
A "What If" story? EVENT.
A rebooted Thanos becomes a deadbeat dad, doesn't care about infinity gems, comes to earth for no reason, gets sonned by his son? EVENT.
But in the course of two issues, you can kill Rogue and The Scarlet Witch, make every mutant on earth disappear, then have the most powerful Celestial in existence appear big enough to make Earth look like a censorship sticker on his dikk and give Earth The Thumbs Down.....
ALL IN A BOOK WHERE THE RED SKULL HAS CHARLES XAVIER'S fukkING BRAIN AND POWERS....
AND KANG IS ASSEMBLING THE BIGGEST GROUP OF TIME TRAVELED BADASSES SINCE AVENGERS FOREVER....
And nobody notices!? how is this NOT an event!?
How can Uncanny Avengers + New Avengers not be a big fukking deal, brehs!????
