As I'm reading the Sabretooth mini-series it struck me that there are only 6 mutants in prison out of the entire population on Krakoa and half of them are black...Xavier and them on some:mjpls: on that island.
It's a good story about prison systems and that Krakoa ain't got it figured it out either :mjpls:

Third Eye made mutants realize having children and then just leaving them like they are old toys is not gonna end up well...and then got thrown into the pit because of fukking up the "make more mutants" rule. If Emma would've done the same I bet she wouldn't have been punished like that :mjpls:

This book is really making the Quiet Council look more awful than they already were looking and exposing the caste system on Krakoa.

Yeah, in a way it's kinda too forced just so LaValle can get his point across -like, I don't see the QC having all the votes needed to throw most of those people in the pit- but, I do like the message LaValle is trying to convey overall.

PS: I just realized there's a continuity error, in that this last issue happens when Life/Deaths of Wolverine is starting. And by that time you had Nanny and the others thrown to the pit too. I was actually looking forward to the Hellions interaction with Creed, oh well :pachaha:

X-Men Red #4 :wow: (T'Challa stans probably not gonna like it that much though :pachaha:).

Ewing firing on all cylinders, this book is so fukking good. Dude even got Gillen hyping up #5 calling it the best Judgement Day book/tie-in.

even when hes got her dead to rights they still have to make her seem as though shes right

i will say this about krakoa, when its all said and done, im gonna miss the minor interactions. seeing blob chilling with skinn, or just black tom doing his thing really feels like this is the best thing for them. meanwhile just about everyone at the top is being corrupted or was rotten from jump. still dont know how they let cassandra nova walk around there though

You know..I don't ever want to see Jean Grey and Emma get along.

The green parts of the costume look stupid and I have always hated everything having to do with The Inheritors so Morlun coming back just makes me even less likely to pick this book up.

I guess they gave Slott that book so he can be busy with something and try to get people to buy because of his past in Spidey (which I know was very inconsistent but still had the last few memorable Spidey arcs).

There are certain artists that do and have done great work but if I see their names on a book I'm like :unimpressed: because their styles are too dated in today's era:

John Romita Jr.
Doug Manke
Scott Kolins
Howard Porter
Brett Booth
Brad Walker
Ethan Van Sciver :scust::trash:

I hate to say it, but I might have to add Mark Bagley to that list.

Bagley on Ultimate Spider-Man in the 2000s: :blessed:

Bagley on Amazing Spider-Man in the 2020s: :patrice:

I know this isn't ASM but Bagley has been working on that book off and on.

Checked out a brand new small con today. As much as I like these ones because they focus on comics, they’re mainly for the pricey collectors. I’m just there for the cheap boxes; although there were a few, not as much as I had hoped. I’ll check it again next year. Hopefully it’s still free. If not, shouldn’t be more than a few bucks. :manny:

I'm surprised that Miles Morales What If mini's last issue was written by a black guy.
Too many cringe-worthy urban dictionairy "slang".

"By Odin's fade":scust:

"Sup, Nephew?":comeon:

"Word? Bet!":francis:
