If I was writing it I'd have had Emma and Pyro roll up into those brats HQ and it would have been 3 splash pages of induced aneurysms and child incinerations.

:picard:

I'd have Sinister ask Forge to make a gun that activates a powerless X-Gene in humans just so they could get away with it :mjlol:

They'd have to start resuscitation protocols if that's the case :heh:

 just be glad me and @Jello Biafra aren't in charge of plotting and writing

I can see that breh :dead:

I never could get into Coates' BP at all.

Here's hoping they find the right pick for the book.

Anyone think they will pick a non-black writer for the book? I think Marvel is secretly scared that they will get blowback if they let a white guy write the book.

At this point i'd prefer a high profile proven white guy like Al Ewing or Jason Aaron over finding another "woke" black folk who has zero experience writing comics or giving a fukk about the titular character.

Same. I just want to enjoy reading a Black Panther comic again like I did when Priest was writing it. So I'll take any talented writer who can get me back to that.

Tynion's run on Batman has been ok so far, I like it well enough but nothing was making me love it, but #90 changed that.

The flashback to the core Batman villains meeting The Designer, him having them thinking that they can achieve their biggest goals and then The Joker fukking everything up was so good.

Don’t even bother with CoB. :russell:

Just read the last issue if you’re curious about Flashpoint’s Batman timeline in the universe.

They still can't write Bane right? :beli:

I swear, I refuse to read any Batman That Laughs, because it's got that corny Twitter hype I hate in comics and It. Is. More. fukking. Joker.

I stopped after like issue 10, then I got the first Wakanda in Space issue.

I wish him the best, but he needs more understanding and appreciation for comics, sci-fi/fantasy, and specifically BP. The irony is that his Cap started off good, so he does understand real world application in comics, but not the mythology

He tried to hard to "deconstruct" what it means in be a king in modern times and forgot that it was supposed to be fun.

Made T'Challa an outkast. Then he had the nerve to pump up lesbian Doras like ANYBODY gives a fukk about them two--:mjtf:didn't they have there own comic?

Anyway...

When he went on Fan Bros and said 'Kings don't do heroic shyt' I knew I'd never buy another Black Panther comic, again.

I respect Evan Narcisse from reading a couple of his Kotaku articles and bought he lil run, but, never read it.

Yea, this is the comic news of the year
