I think that is Cyclops and The Hulk just looks like he was the last character the artist drew and his hand started cramping up.
Also hoping that is not the redesign of the Star Lord mask and just who is that basic broad with the Nega-Bands? A new Ms Marvel/Captain Marvel?

that's really the OLD Star-Lord get up from the 70s.

Deathstroke? Never got around to it...I'm getting behind on Catwoman...need to catch up Batwoman. Not about to get behind on that one too.
