Its OK. The rest of the movie really doesn't live up to the opening though.
Nope. I always thought of it more as sci-fi action.
Oh it is but even the source material has body horror elements in it and this movie is no exception.
I started watching that but never finished. That’s one on the list I want to get back to. The first 15 minutes that I saw looked interesting - that little demonic boy tortured his maid’s daughter, lied about what took place and his psycho mother believed him.. I recall they punished her by locking her in a box .. that’s about how far I got.
