It actually came out before SOTL. Really underrated film no one really mentions in the Hannibal saga. Logan Roy was good as Lecter.

The date for Maxxxine crept up on me. I've been wanting to watch more Giallo movies so that should give me something to watch for the Summer.

I'm going to start with some Dario Argento movies. Last year I've already seen Suspiria and Phenomena. I'm following this website's list for a watch order Where to begin with Dario Argento

I don't know if it's accurate. They say to watch:
The Bird with the Crystal Plumage (1970)
The Cat o’ Nine Tails (1971)
Four Flies on Grey Velvet (1971)
Deep Red (1975)
Suspiria (1977)
Inferno (1980)
Tenebrae (1982)
Phenomena (1985)
Opera (1987)
The Stendhal Syndrome (1996)
Sleepless (2001)
Dark Glasses (2022)
Giallo (2009) maybe

If this list doesn't look good please let me know.

Wait for Tarot to come out on streaming because it is not worth a trip to a movie theater.
Idk how to describe it. Tarot is like oatmeal. The characters personalities, the ghosts/entities, the kills, and the plot all had the shell of something interesting but lacked any flavor. It's like getting one of those classic Coca-Cola glass bottles from one of the commercials, and when you go to take a sip, it's filled with flat RC Cola.

If you told me Tarot was secretly written by AI, I'd hear you out.

Busy weekend on call and all hell broke loose - meetings on Staurday and Sunday @ 5:00 am and worked to 1:00 am both nights
but got to watch a lotta flicks

Xtro 3 - One step above terrible - the alien design was laughable - and nothing to do with Xtro one or Xtro 2

Scanners 2 Semi sequel to part one , part political thriller - this is what spawned Scanner cop
bloodier than the first one...they tried

scanners 3- horribly Acted - great FX though -

corporate takever plot is useless
and when they used their scanner powers it looked like they were trying to pass the biggest dump :russ:
reminded me of this

Scanner cop 1

i found this one actually decent
well acted - decent plot

scanner cop 2

the Highlander of Scanners movies
John carl Buechler on the FX so this move has great death scenes

Overall i felt both series ......could have been more with the right crews behind them

I heard they have a scanners tv show in development
maybe they can save face with that

Watched the French Canadian flick Red Rooms. Solid psychological thriller, it's a slow burn and sort of has a David Fincher type feel to it. The lead actress in this is great.

Me either
One of my
plex shares
focuses on Horror (literally over 20,000 horror flicks from around the world, and growing)
and they have this metadata scanner that sorts collections --
and its groups all movies that are associated with each other.
i scroll through it once in awhile and find myself surprised at how some movies are connected to others
or how many sequels these flicks have that i never new existed.
not fan flicks, but legit films.

They went underground years ago because the alphabet boys boys got nosey and only contacts when its time to pay
if they ever open it for new members again, i will DM everyone in this thread

Red Dragon is basically the remake, manhunter based on the novel red dragon. But they basically the same movie.
