Of the horror remakes I would rank the top 5 as:

1. Dawn of the Dead
2. Evil Dead
3. My Bloody Valentine
4. The Town That Dreaded Sundown
5. Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2003)

I wouldn't even put the Nightmare on Elm Street and Friday the 13th remakes in my Top 10...maybe not even the Top 20.

I liked the Friday the 13th Remake. For the 2000+ remakes(if it's all years of course The Thing #1 The Fly #2) I've seen and remember I'd probably rank them as

1. Dawn of the Dead
2. RZ Halloween
3. 13 Ghosts
4. Evil Dead
5. TCM 2003
6. Fright Night
7. Suspiria
8. Friday the 13th
9. House of Wax
10. Child's Play (dog shyt)
11. NoES (dog shyt)

I was watching The Town that Dread Sundown but passed out after the 2nd kill. I need to go back and finish it. It was more brutal than I wasn't expecting.

Watched the Orphan prequel
Not as much fukkery as the first.
Solid twist though. Still enjoyed it.

Esther looked old in this one.
Could have spent a little more on the CGI.

I think it might -
they have done something different each time with the Art the clown character from the start.

This will actually be the 4th Art outing ( self confessed /horror and sci fi blerd here)

the 9th circle its a short , he has a cameo and escorts some people to hell
All Hallows Eve ( like a cross between Candyman & Shocker ) Myth on tv show becomes real and kills
Terrifier - torture porn
and now this one Terrifier 2 , just my thoughts but it will probably have some type of update
