Is that a safe way? I want to be sure that if someone buys it and kills somebody, they can trace it and tell that i sold it at some point.

Why wouldnt it be.safe that way? Being that its a paen shop they will requre FFLs when they rrsale, so you would be.covered

I had to get rid of a pistol once because I got put on probation. It was either sell or destroy it. I figured if it wasn’t gonna be me using it, I wouldn’t want anyone else to lol

Try a local gun shop in your area. They'll give you a better offer than a pawn shop.
