andrade?...J rock??....J rock hasn't beaten shyt....we have no idea what he's capable of right now. how would lara have the same record when one of canelo's W's was against lara:dwillhuh:.....tim bradley beating cotto at 155:comeon:....beating lara and trout:comeon:....the guy almost got sent to the bushes by jessie vargas breh...he wants no parts of 154. thurman almost got broke in half by a robert guererro body shot. how you think he would react to a cotto body shot?:pachaha:.....lets see him beat a top guy at 147 before we say all that.

bottomline, we can talk what IF's all day. canelo actually fought all them guys, there's no IF's there. IF canelo fought everybody on golovkin's resume he'd be undefeated too. only thing that matters are the facts. canelo has fought the best competition in boxing in the past 3 years...he's taken on fights he didn't have to just to please the fans. saying canelo has no heart is ridiculous.
So because they haven't beaten shyt... He shouldn't fight them...

Got it... You nikkas man:laff:

I don't believe him. If that's the case, he would've vacated the belt previously, because even before fighting Cotto, he knew lil g was the mandatory if he won.

Also, he said out of his own mouth he'd fight lil g at 160....so then what's the point of dropping the belt if you're saying that? Negotiations should've went quickly. Don't say "Im Mexican...and we don't f**k around! I'll fight him. I'll fight him at 160" then drop the belt 2 weeks later to try and negotiate a catchweight.
But the WBC deadline was unrealistic for a fight of this magnitude to have the particulars hammered out and Canelo is at a level of stardom in boxing where he doesn't need the belt in order for a fight to have any sort of magnitude to it.

Plus Fightnews posted this about the "plan" the two sides are trying to work out:
Negotiations are ongoing between the camps of WBC middleweight champion Canelo Alvarez and WBA/IBF/WBC interim champion Gennady “GGG” Golovkin. Fightnews.com® has learned that one of the proposals being discussed is that both fighters agree to have at least two or three interim fights each before they clash. If both sides agree to it, Canelo’s next foe could be either David Lemieux or Curtis Stevens. GGG could face Daniel Jacobs. The reasoning for the additional time is to let the fight marinate and become bigger and bigger so the fighters (Canelo and GGG) can make the most money when they finally do meet. Stay tuned…

looks like they might do a ward/kovalev deal. sign the fight up front and build that shyt up through a couple interim fights. that's a smart move on goldenboy's part. sign the fight for 160. have interim fights to allow canelo to grow into the weight. and with the fight already being signed nobody can say canelo is ducking cause he's already committed to it. and people really getting at canelo for dropping the belt. little g's team ready to give canelo ANYTHING he wants. canelo out here making boss moves. first it was money mayweather, now it's cash money canelo:CaneloRejoice:

boxing world= some unknown cac on twitter who got 3 likes:mjlol:

Boxing world = the entire Twitterverse.

I don't know if you are, but Boxing twitter has been going in on Canelo for over 12 hours now:snoop:

vacating the belt doesn't mean shyt. canelo BEEN said he didnt give a fukk about that belt. loeffler himself said negotiations are still going GREAT. lets ignore that though

HE said he would fight lil g at 160.....why drop the belt then? He was already guaranteed a split of 70/30 in his favor due to if negotiations fell off, it would go to a purse bid.

The only reason he would drop the belt is to try and double back for a 155 catchweight....AFTER he came out publicly and said he wasn't scared and would fight him at 160.

or if you look at @Jello Biafra last post. maybe they're working on something else entirely different. signing the fight for 160 right now, but allowing both to take on a couple fights first. let hbo build the shyt up like they're doing with ward and kovalev. it allows golovkin to fight at his best weight and it allows canelo to get acclimated to 160 first. they do that deal, technically canelo wouldn't be going back on his word:yeshrug:.....canelo takes it at 160 now, his odds are gonna drop big time. we both know this. he takes on a couple fights first and it's a different story. everybody should want both guys to be at their strongest.

Going by Canelo's current schedule, 2-3 interim fights is September 2017 - May 2018....lil g will be 36 going on 37 by that time.

Canelo said he'd fight him next and at 160 and is now doubling back...it doesn't look good #CaneloCartel or not.

it doesn't have to look good. people called floyd a coward all through the pacquiao fiasco and they still do. but he probably increased his pay day 3 times over by holding out. little g has went back on his word many of times. every fighter has. all of these dudes are full of shyt :yeshrug:

You were talking down on Floyd because of the Manny situation just like I was. Now that Canelo is pulling something similar, I cant act different about it.:yeshrug:

I never agree with a fighter avoiding another fighter...look how many back & forth's me and @ChocolateGiddyUp have had about Danny Garcia's potential opponents or me and @seemorecizzy about Floyd's potential opponents.:wow:

That would give me 0 credence to defend this (backing out of a mandatory challenger you said you would fight next at the full limit, to only ask for 2 or 3 more fights before facing him) and 0 credence going forward, because that would mean my stance changes depending on if I follow the fighter or not.:ld:

You were part of the #MatthysseMafia....what would your response had been in 2013 if Danny Garcia vacated his belt and said he needed 2 or 3 more fights before facing Lucas Matthysse? You would've killed him and rightfully so. The positioning shouldn't change just because it's Canelo pulling this move breh...a spade is a spade:manny:

This doesn't look good at all.
