i don't think maidana is ducking him, people forget a fight with thurman and maidana was signed 2 years ago. maidana pulled out at the last minute because all of a sudden he was in the running for a big payday fight with canelo, but joseito lopez got that fight (thurman fought orlando lora on that card) . thurman wasn't looked at as at threat to maidana at that time, i knew who he was because nikkkas in the gym referred to him as "berto's sparring partner" no bullshyt.

schaefer needs to stop the bullshyt, he knows damn well he can make a fight with collazo or paulie or even porter for thurman in the barclays. all these guys are signed with haymon for a rea$on, schaefer just don't wanna open the bank. let's keep it real, paulie didn't want to even fight broner but gbp gave him 1.2M and he changed his mind withe the quickness

as far as guerrero, gbp was trying to force him fight thurman and it's the reason why he's trying to get out of his contract
