If they didnt decline a fight with Keith Thurman, why would Richard Schaeffer throw all of them under the bus? No way boxingscene would've know that Malignaggi, Maidana, and Guerrero were all offered to fight Keith Thurman and they all said no or tried to "price themselves out of the fight".
That's THEIR promoter speaking. He promotes all of them and I've never known Schaeffer to talk down on any of GB fighters. It happened, Keith Thurman is avoided by everybody right now because he's too dangerous to fight

They worked out a deal before the weigh in so Angulo probably stopped trying to cut weight once they raised it to 155 and gave him an extra 20K or whatever
