It's too bad this guy has such a big say in Tank's career, gets emotional every time someone even dares to ask what should be an obvious question from any fans "When is Tank gonna fight the top guys?".
He gets angry cause first and foremost it's his responsibility as the A side's promoter to get fights vs top opponents he's just not keen on the idea and he's the one that feels like he's being grilled and being offended over the most logical request there is.

Yes it does, it's some of the highest prestige things in boxing, you are the stand alone champion. Except if the lineage is somehow fukked and the lineal champ doesn't have a belt but that must be very rare. Fury when came back was marketed as a lineal champ w/o a belt but that was questionable cause you can lose your lineal champ status too for example if you retire from the sport what Fury did while he was inactive
