I could go on and on with Manny, the funny thing is I loved him a pactard before pactards when nobody was favoring him over the names, he became Hollywood along the way and phony as fukk, and started believing his own hype because he loved the attention from his fans, and tried to sell the public smoke and mirrors. When he fought his way into the Mayweather radar the world got to witness the bytch in Pacquaio, he lost that ferociousness, and that scowl, he became a laughing joking man, he lost the eye of the tiger, thats one fight he truly aint want, and having that shadow hang over him and that took something away from his aura...................................

I was disgusted when he mocked Freddie Roach, but still, I dont wish that on him.
I love Manny and I love Floyd. I love boxing more though. Because when they are gone, boxing will still be here....I hope. I get as frustrated as you guys do, but I have to let it soak in that this is a business and everything is a business decision. So even if I disagree, I have to be realistic and at least hope for the best fights I can get. My thing is...I really only get up for competitive fights or fighters I like to watch because of their skill level. I respect all fighters for what they bring to the table and try to remain as objective as possible.

I'd like to see that fight...but Roach is overrated IMO. I think he would be better suited with another trainer who can break down Canelo's style technically. Nevertheless, Cotto has seen his best days....but this fight makes sense for both. Cotto brings a lot of money to the table for a fight that is winnable by Canelo. Its a good set-up for a Floyd match in May...which I never thought they would fight before then anyway.

If Cotto wanted a new trainer Robert Garcia was the right fit like earlier rumors stated, the Roach rumor makes me think he wants ultimate and is not that interested in working himself in a grueling camp like Diaz and Garica would have demanded

yes, because he shouldve stuck with Manny Steward. Cotto fights more for money to me than anything. I dont think he has the desire.
Soon to see the same thing with Juanma, just taking L's for big checks. Plus, Juanma fat as hell. On the other hand...I will be keeping a close eye on the lines for this fight...if odds are stacked too high on Juama I will drop on him.
