Porter definitely wants the fight. He's been adamant about it for a while. It's the other side that's not eager to make the fight.

He not a ducker, but TR gonna make him out to be by lowballing him knowing he won't take short money and knowing he's not gonna enforce the mandatory where he'd only get 25%.

Porter would easily be Crawford's best opponent. Pay him what he's worth to make the fight. Also, Porter doesn't need them. He is the WBO mandatory, but he also is the WBC mando as well. He has the Spence rematch in his back pocket, so he doesn't need to take a crappy offer for a Bud fight if he doesn't want to. He's got leverage
