Suppose Zab opens up and...yeah, no proof of that because only Tszyu really stopped Zab early in his career...and there is no comparison between Tszyu and Garcia.

If he beats the winner of Peterson/Matthysee he will be the king. Its like everyone is running the 100m at like 10s sometimes a guy like Khan may do a 10.1 and Garcia may do a 10.2, then flipflop the next time. They are pretty much running the same and there is no clear favorite. When the 140lb division has a guy that can consistently do 100m at 9.6 or 9.7 then thats when he gets full credit from me.

Lemme break that down a bit further. You say Garcia is getting better but he had an easier time with Morales and Khan than he did with Judah...a guy who Khan had no problems with.

Khan. Styles make fights and Zab doesnt have the style to beat Khan. He could if he were trained in a way to do so but thats not going to happen.

I am just giving @ChocolateGiddyUp shyt just to fukk with him. objectively....Zab has a hard style for Danny to dominate, but not Khan. Khan's style is not suited to go 12 rounds with a guy like Danny who has a solid chin and solid power. This is why a say there is no best...everyone is grouped together and close at the top. Zab can still beat Matthysse because Lucas is not a guy who can break a fighter down with boxing...he relies on his power and has an average motor. He leaves the fight in the judges hands too much. Peterson has the potential to be the best but he fights kinda stupid. He has the boxing skill but doesnt use it. He is strong and solid all around except for power...he is limited in that department.

trust me, it was the same Zab, Danny has a shorter reach and fights a style that allows Zab to be able to touch him. he is not really a mover and he likes to get close and he sits down alot. when Khan used his reach and movement, there was no way Zab could touch him. It was a technical mismatch. Zab dont know how to get inside a guy like that's reach. If Zab could get to Khan that may be a different story but that's neither here nor there.

I will bet you if Khan fights Zab again that fight plays out the same way.

breh, if you insist...but I really dont think you watched fights 10 or 15 years ago. Garcia, Khan, Peterson, Matthysse.....none of those guys are as good as the guys when Zab was the IBF champ. You had Tszyu, Mitchell, and Judah. At that time those 3 guys couldve beat any of the guys at 140 now. Lets not even talk about LW or WW at that time. Just Mitchell alone would box the shyt outta these guys. Matthysse couldnt beat a 33 year old Zab.

As time goes on, shyt gets watered down with more and more bullshyt belts. That makes people think fighters are better than what they are. Yall want to feed us guys to make shyt seem like its better for us than it is. I dont buy it.

It gets worse and worse as time goes by because as more belts are created more paper champs have to be manufactured. You gotta be a damn fool to think a green as nikka like Canelo could beat prime Winky at 154 or Vargas for that matter. Look at this clown Lucas Browne. Cant even stop a 300lb 45 year old Toney. There is a reason Bernard is still beatin ass as a 50 year old. There is a reason Floyd is at 36 and still dominating. There is a reason Zab is still getting title shot after title shot. These dudes just aint that good to take em out.

the Ring Mag doesnt mean as much anymore and has lost its luster because it doesnt take much to get it. just have a unification between two fighters. Neither have to be the best fighter in the division. However, you dont need a belt to be linear champ, but that distinction gets no recognition now.

about Zab being a mental midget....

ok. mental midget who was a titlist at 140 just like Garcia, defended 6 times. won WBO title defended once. won undisputed WW title from the lineal champ. Came BACK to 140 about 12 years later and won a piece of the title. Beat Matthysse and Paris who were both undefeated. Zab may not have had a great career but all of what I have mentioned is far more than the career Garcia will have. Trust me. He did all that while he was a "mental midget".

Tim Bradley and Devon Alexander both won their first titles against Junior Witter.....a guy Zab beat 13 years ago. That should tell you about the quality of these beltholders nowadays. How the fukk are these old guys still around being competitive??? Its not like Zab is Pernell Whitaker or somebody. By discrediting the type of fighter Zab was when he was younger you only open up your assessment of Garcia to even more scrutiny.

Zab been a pro for like what...17 years? He was stopped by Tszyu and Khan. Tsyzu got him but he never got a 10 count from Nady. Khan didnt KO him, it was more of a retirement and Zab just found an out. What about his chin. :udontknow: No, Khan is an example of a guy who doesnt have a great chin. He's been starched twice. Never happened to Zab.

But Matthysee is supposed to hit like a ton of bricks. What about Zab's chin? Zab's chin is good. You guys...just like people say Hearns didnt have a chin....bullshyt. Everyone gets hurt.

I think he was FMJ, RJJ, SRR rolled into one? Nope, thats the problem. He wasnt even the best fighter at his weight class arguably at any time. If he was it was the brief time he held the WW titles.

Zab won a belt 13 years ago. Garcia and Matthysse still having problems with him today and Zab not even a great fighter. Never was.
