Growing up, I was not a fan of Oscar De La Hoya at all. That's putting it nicely too. I thought he was completely overrated. But here's the ironic part: I feel like he's gone through his whole career being so overrated, that now as his career is over, he's actually become underrated.

DLH is like the Derek Jeter of boxing

That's how yall gonna feel about Charles Martin in 15 years

its terrible that charles martin is introduced as former heavyweight champion

its actually amazingly lucky how he became champion..like really lucky

dude was fighting in fukking prelims when fury got stripped
the ibf had him ranked number 2 for some reason behind glazkov, who was a beneficiary of a few gifts
ibf strips fury and those 2 fights
after a bunch of nonaction rounds, glazkov rips his knee to shreds on some career ending shyt
bam we injury stoppage and new champion

charles martin might be the worst world champion ive seen since eric aiken lol

:umad: Spence stans still fuming

I will say this, Thurman would probably win a rematch. Thurman had the right idea second half of the fight; if you don't have the footspeed like Mayweather to move with him, you gotta move into him and keep him going backwards. Thurman just kinda weak now...

Spence would stop Thurman though.

De La Hoya is very overrated, glad his star faded.
