It should be personal. They led him on. Now it's time for a rematch..he has to put up or shut up like Floyd once did against Castillo.
Ok we will see but I think it is a bad career move and if not him (fighters are proud so I can even imagine Ward comment pushing him over the edge) his team should know better

I know revenue but even counting with revenue Joshua vs Klitschko still did better in the UK than Wilder vs Fury.

And other than that I can understand why AJ and Hearn and now even Fury want the fights to be in the UK. They are tired of the little brother role when basically they run HW. Your country runs the division, you are putting tens of thousand asses in the seats and sell a lot of PPVs but you leave your fans behind cause you are getting requests from American fighters and promoters to do shyt there cause the Vegas casino money and myths like "you can't make it big outside the US"? It doesn't work like that.

I also wouldn't want others to dictate shyt to me based on traditions and myths when my shyt is popping and not theirs atm.
They want pity but fukk them make the fight no excuses

Pity?

I agree that they should make the fights happen and I blame both for that not necessarily happening but why they want pity
All this but the UK but the UK shyt, it’s like if the US had the two most popular soccer players in the world but they refuse to play in the premier league. It makes no sense and how do we even know that these guys are the best if they only fight each other.

You can’t slight Mikey for starting in the pros at a normal age, while Loma waited to make his debut until 26 or whatever. To say that Loma would be Lipinets at 140 is just.....off the table at this moment. Not hard hitting Linares dropped him, and he looks uncomfortable at 135, let alone 140. All that being said Lomas a monster, I just think Miley’s better, always have, always will ‍♂️
lomachenko was a grown man competing as a lightweight against kids and actually moved down to featherweight to turn pro in an attempt to pick up a belt right away that failed horribly.

saying he maxes out at 135 is just not true. you only hear people say that because they dont want to see him potentially look bad.

can you blame him? He shouldn't be forced into shyt.
Let him dictate his own legacy.

I'm not blaming him. I just don't wanna see him fight a bunch of jobbers until a Tank fight materializes. nikkas already forced him into the Rigo fight and that didn't do much for his career. It's not like he got more popular. At least with Pac he gets a payday and the chance to become a bigger star.

Just saying.

Only fake champions run from real challenges...lol@you all having a million excuses for Joshua yet it's a bad career move to fight the guy who most thought beat you. Wow. Kind of speaks of the nature of how people are in 2018 with their passive nature in general.

Wilder/Fury sold in the US AND the UK ppv.. Joshua only sold on the UK

The reason the fights happen in the US is because the most potential money to be made is in the US. These aren't myths.

From a business standpoint who supposed to give a fukk about asses in the seats when you filling up a stadium with 90k people yet only generating around 8 million :mjlol: and selling ppvs at only 19.99..

Fury said he wanted all his fights to be in the US before his fight with Wilder. He wanted to become an American star. Why do you REALLY think that is

If AJ doesn't want to be a global star that's on him, but what he's doing is leaving to much money on the table by not fighting in the US and staying in the UK to fight on an app

He would have lost or taken too much punishment risk not worth the reward

The risk is well worth the reward imo, especially when most people favoring you to win.

Loma moved up too fast and now that pressure is on to make meaningful fights and there aren't that many. Prolly should have stayed at 130 another year.

if the best fights for lomachenko are at 130, 140, and 147: what is he doing at 135? how long is he going to stay here?

if he shouldnt move up then he shouldnt move up. but i think saying he is too small is a cop out.

Exactly

Loma done fukked around and found himself in the phantom zone. He needs to go where the fights are at.
If Linares and Pedraza are the best he can do at 135, then he need to drag Tank up or go to 140.

I just feel like all the 135 fights would have been there regardless if he would have stayed at 130 or did a one off with Pac at a catch weight etc....

Now he stuck in a position where there's no enticing fight to move up for and theres nothing at 135 for him to stay.
