Verb needs to retire "It's Showtime"

The Showtime is literally nothing different than how he regularly raps. The pace doesn't switch anymore, it doesn't have a bunch of jabs leading to a big haymaker anymore. He literally raps exactly the same as he was right before he says "It's Showtime" now. It's pointless. And the lack of enthusiasm people have for it when he has said it over the last 3-4 years is an indication of how much it fell off as a move.

I don’t think he need to retire it, but he shouldn’t do the big buildup anyone. You remember he use to just say “So it Showtime”! Without saying 3 minute rd/beef brew/3D shyt.

It's pretty much like the super saiyan form in DBZ. When Goku first went super saiyan it was legendary, now it's like a regular form. Verb did it so much that it's lost it's bite, and like you said he never like goes into another bag.

It's not that he did it so much it lost its bite. It's the fact he no longer puts ANY effort into it. He won't even rap the slogan any longer. If Verb still gave a fukk about Showtimes they would still hit.

I like Math way more than Cal, but Math comes off as a hater. Math rebranded himself with MEO but if he is not careful people are going to turn on him again. He might be feeling himself a little too much right now.

What platform do you think is gonna land the Lux/Daylyt battle?

Lux is doing, what Hollow should be doing. Both Lux/Daylyt know they have a hot battle that the people want to see, so they are gonna shop the shyt out of it. Hell if you remember last year, they said they may do it on their own. That’s why when Daylyt talks about future URL battles, he mentions guys like Shine or Rum. Lux/Day are looking to cash out on their battle and will probably take their time finding a home for it.

Hollow doesn’t really have a must see battle. I guess you could argue Mook/Hollow, which I do agree should happen, but that battle is ice cold right now. Mook himself has several options and really doesn’t give a shyt who he battles.
