Hey look! Some actual movie news!

A detroit news station took some shots form their helicoptor of what looks like the aftermath of a big battle: http://www.wxyz.com/news/region/detroit/video-chopper-7-sights-batman-v-superman-sets

There's damaged buildings and police cars and stuff.

Some of these comic book sites are slipping and need to start coming up with new unfounded rumors about this damn movie. shyt has gotten really slow.

This is the dumbest thing I've ever seen. First, the audience reaction to Man of Steel was overwhelmingly positive and that's all that matters. They are the people purchasing the tickets. Second, why would they want to include the Nolan trilogy? That was its own thing. It crushed buildings, nikka. You care to dispute that? :heh:

Lastly, Batman doesn't need another origin film. EVERYONE knows who the fukk Batman and Superman are. Marvel had no choice but to do origins films because Thor and Iron Man weren't poppin'. The best thing Marvel did was sign up Downey Jr. because he put Iron Man and The Avengers on his back. The second best thing they did was let the Russo brothers cook. See, they didn't let Wright cook and now Ant-Man is going to be a disaster.

Oh so audience reaction is all that matters when it comes to a pretty mediocre movie in Man of Steel, but audience reaction doesnt when it comes to the Marvel movies nikkas are saying are too formulaic? Marvel hasnt released a movie yet that was raked over the coals as much as the last 2 Supermen joints yet Marvel is the one that needs to improve.

Ant Man is going to be a disaster just like yall were saying Guardians of the Galaxy was going to be a disaster a couple years ago?

Unless Nolan is in charge of this new Batman Superman joint, i fully expect it to be trash too.

Disney paying for good reviews. Iron man 3 and 2 were trash so was Thor 1 and 2. Also Captain America too
If that's the case DC/Warner should have done the same for MOS then, instead it was a rotten tomato for the start of their connected universe. They a major studio, I'm sure they got the skrilla. Their bad.

I think Marvel Studios' movies get so little flack because, as I've said before, they're never bad movies, just incredibly generic. People might disagree with that on certain plot elements (such as the Mandarin twist) but even that doesn't ruin the movie as much as pushing it to generic status. But they don't and will never piss off the fanboys, which is one thing WB still has to learn seeing as they already managed to rub tons of fanboys the wrong way with Man Of Steel, the first movie of their extended universe.

:heh: This goes both ways breh. EVERY Marvel fanboy on here was laughing their ass off at how Days of Future Past was shaping up. Yet, it was critically acclaimed (I know you love that, so go check.. 92% on RT) and it made more money worldwide than Captain America: Winter Soldier which nikkas in here were calling a colossal success (not saying it wasn't a big success but where was the same hype for DoFP?) :ohhh:

Bruh, i like DoFP. Im glad they hit a reset button so now they can do Apocalypse and bring Phoenix back into the fold. Fox has done aight coming back from absolute dreadful movies like X-men 3 and X-Men Origins:Wolverine, eventhough Xmen 1st Class was kinda weak though. I mean those 1st two i named were so bad i refused to see The Wolverine in the theaters and waited weeks to see 1st Class. After Iron Man 3 i skipped Thor 2 and only checked out Cap 2 because of the immense word of mouth. So im not just giving Marvel a complete pass (Although Iron Man 3 is not as bad as X-Men 3 and Origins:Wolverine).

The X-Men are huge, its a franchise that should sell itself. A Captain America solo film doing just as well as an X-Men movie is a feat. The X-Men should be doing Avengers numbers.

My main gripe with them is what they are doing with The Fantastic 4. That license needs to go back to Marvel so they can at least try to do Doom and Galactus justice.

I don't know if I agree with that 100%.

Iron Man 2 was BAD.
Iron Man 3 was pretty eh... but mostly BAD.
Thor 2 was BAD.

But you wanna know what? I thought Man of Steel was easily worse than all of them.

And I'm sure there are people here that don't agree... and that's fine. But I don't recall being called a fakkit or a p*ssy for having a negative opinion of Iron Man 2. But tell someone you didn't like Man of Steel and watch the fukkin logan claws come out. It's crazy how defensive of that movie some people have become.

Plus I don't think I've ever seen someone on here outright claim loyalty to either DC or Marvel. Usually when I see someone call someone else a "fanboy" it's usually out of anger because they didn't share the same opinion as they did.

Lol I'm dead ass though. When have you ever seen someone outright claim "I'm a Marvel guy" or "I'm a DC guy".

And even if they did when has someone claimed such loyalty that it forbids them from enjoying the other company's movies.

I know nerds can be a sad bunch but I would like to think no one here is THAT sad.

@Ethnic Vagina Finder offbthebtop of my head. And just look throughout the thread and you will see them lol.

I have said I like both movie universe. You hated man of steel I loved it. In a thread about batman vs superman I rather discussed batman v superman then marvel vs d.c or you and others dislike of m.o.s. that is why people are mad at the likes of you and Marvel stans. nikkas can't even discuss the movie and enjoy themselves without some clown raining on the party
