Man cap use use to look like a clown before TWS

Thanks to Joss Whedon. The pre design photos looked great but the actual execution of the suit were horrible, looked like a cheap halloween costume.

Trailer looked halfway decent to me. Then again, i'v had no excitement for this film since I heard Zack Snyder was directing it so my expectations probably aren't as high as most peoples.

I wouldn't call that Marvel like at all. If anything he's just playing a more extreme eccentric version of himself from The Social Network, which is why dude was even cast in the first place.

Also I don't get this whole "making a joke or two" equal trying to be like Marvel.

Like i said before, I think people still have the Nolan trilogy stuck in their heads, and need to remember that Man of Steel started this DC universe and besides the filter, it wasn't dark/gritty or realistic.

The DC films may not have as much humor as the Marvel films but expecting them all to be so dark and serious is setting yourself up for disappointment.

These DC films are going have different directors/writers that all bring something different to the table. Remember the Flash movie is being written by Lord&Miller, the same dudes responsible for the Jump Street films, The Lego movie,Cloudy with a chance of meatballs, etc.

Just saying there are more than two jokes. Eisenberg's whole presentation is as a factitious person telling inappropriate jokes. And like I said I don't mind the jokes I want to have fun while watching this.

that version of luthor being his son is acceptable to me and i hope that plays out like that.

batman being 15-20 years older then luthor made 0 sense to me.

hopefully at the end of this movie we will see the real lex talking to darkseid who just boom tubed to metropolis and set their "plan" in motion

Er OK. Doesn't mean much to me. Just glad they aren't going with deadly serious throughout the movie.

Hmmm . . . I just disagree a 'very serious' movie is something like Selma or Schindler's List. This is men and women in costumes fighting fictional threats. It would be stupid to treat it like it is Selma level serious.And from this trailer I can tell they are not.

Is Superman/Batman/WW teaming up surprising to some people

Only if they've never seen JL or JLU or any of the DC animated movies.

That's why I disagree with some people here that say we all know Wonder Woman. I honestly don't aside from a few details of her backstory. I know about Cheetah and Ares, the invisible jet but that's about it.
