Well its not like Batman and Superman don't fight; its a major part of the trailer since it shows them in acrimonious encounters in and out of costume. Their fight is just not the only conflict in the movie.
So now everyone who thought that Batman and Superman were going to have a 4 movie long bloody Hatfield & McCoy style feud can rest easy in the knowledge that the two super-heroes make up by film's end an become Super-Buddies.
lol actually i think it looks far too violent.

people keep making jokes and sayin "these movies are for kids"... well if that's the case then why is this shyt so fukkin violent. do kids really need to see BATMAN and SUPERMAN in a bloody fist fight to the death as they create chaos and carnage all around them?

shouldn't we be more responsible when it comes to these 2?

So where was he hiding them big ass elbow, knee and shoulder spikes under that form-fitting green jumper?

"Comic reasons"

He was never that big in the Death of Superman book

He never "evolved" past this in that comic, he was just losing more of the green gimp suit

i didn't say they would bust, i THINK they will bust, but hey who knows. i am just saying that marvel probably wouldn't have cast them.

like everyone else i am just going off what i saw in the trailer. obviously you were sold, that's great. some of us haven't been yet.
Marvel cast RDJ though who in 2007 wasn't that far removed from a period where part of his salary was being held back until he finished filming to make sure he would actually show up every day for work and Mel Gibson was paying for his insurance because his coverage was so high based on his past junkie years that RDJ couldn't cover i himself.
So the idea of Marvel turning their nose up at casting Oscar winning/nominated actors is ridiculous.

The comment section :sadcam::huhldup:
MCU in DC fashion:
2008: Iron Man comes out 2010: CAPTAIN AMERICA V IRON MAN: CIVIL WAR where they finally unite to fight THANOS and THOR appears out of nowhere in the last 45 minutes

right but the moment you saw RDJ in the trailers you knew it was a perfect fit. someone obviously saw something in him and said "HE IS IRON MAN" and they were right. that was inspired casting.

ben affleck is not inspired casting. its... interesting casting. and going off the trailer, perhaps shytty casting.

Edit: Affleck was nominated for an acting Oscar?

I disagree with this...I think Affleck has the look and the skills to pull off Batman/Bruce Wayne

Probably more so than Bale to be honest

Is it considered a spoiler to talk about the trailer?

Honestly after the first trailer i thought it would be trash and had no real interest..I dont really remember that trailer much but i know i didnt care for it...but after this one i'm SLIGHTLY interested....i was really into this trailer at times, but i checked out twice and one time was a big checkout that almost made me reverse my interest

one being
how goofy Lex Luthor is..im not a comic book guy, or even a cartoon, super hero guy by any means..but when i was a kid i remembered Lex Luthor being a more imposing figure than that. that dude came off like a clown. he's a good actor so i'm sure he can pull something off with it though

and the big one being
what is that, Wonder Woman? Super Girl? :dead: I was really caught off guard by that.. especially since it just happens casually at the end of the trailer with a cheesy little one liner joke. it really came off like a parody or comedy sketch at that point

Based on this 2nd trailer this movie looks like it will visually be amazing and definitely worth the money for that alone. I'm still not sure how i feel about the movie as a whole since i never cared for Batman outside of being a 6 year old and I'm still #NolanBaleGang. I'm gonna check it out though.

all I could see in the trailer was ben affleck. he just doesn't have that intense gaze.

during their exchange I was more convinced watching cavill.
