Luffy isn't ready yet. Since the time skip the only 2 main fights he was the clear victor were against Hody Jones and Ceasar.

He barely beat Doflamingo with Laws help, "won" against Katakuri when he was clearly weaker than him in everything. Became a Yonkou off the back of Bege's plan even though he doesn't have the strength to back it up. Got wrecked by Kaido with one attack like a jobber :mjlol:

Young PK ain't ready. Would be cool to see how his training pays off but it's still obvious he doesn't want to shoot a fair one with Kaido or Big Mom yet. He's still on the level of the rest of the worst generation until proven otherwise.

Law has the most OP ability and should be able to beat Luffy in a fight at this point in the story.

Luffy's Yonkou title is similar to Buggys war lord title. It's based on perception not strength

Underestimate Luffy, brehs.

Doflamingo and Katakuri had awakened Devil Fruits and it gave them a strong advantage over Luffy. The takeaway from both those fights is that Luffy without awakening and limitations on usage of Gear 4 held his own and got past them with the skin of his teeth.

An awakened Luffy who also has fully managed use of Gear 4 without drawbacks and garnered greater control of Haki will be a monster.

Both the Katakuri fight and his imprisonment in Udon were to lay the next steps for his Haki. His body got stronger in Udon too from "working out" without his powers. Luffy is really that one step away from getting to the next level, but whether Kaido or Big Mom will be that next step is yet unclear.

Stop this, Katakuri could see into the cot'damn future. Luffy only won because of plot armour
