I don't believe for a second that Sabo is dead, but I am a little concerned about Vivi and her dad.
That said, let Dragon take care of it. I really don't want a "Rescue Sabo" arc after Wano, that would be too much of a repeat of Marineford and Sabo is already too similar to Ace as it is.
My theory is that Elbaf is Shanks' base and will be the next arc after Wano. And probably the last one before Raftel since they'll pick up the last Road Poneglyff there..
Would also make sense for Usopp to reunite with his dad there since he's been talking about going to Elbaf since forever.
