Technically they're filler I guess, but they all fit into the OP world and expand it. Watching Luffy go up against a cat who fought against Garp and Gol D. is dope as hell.

Strong World is the best one imo. Villain has a helluva history within the OP universe and his DF power is crazy.

Not taking nothing away from Luffy and Zoro they both have sum ill azz moments and its understandable why they would be people favorites. With that said Franky, Sanji and Usopp are still the best characters imo in the manga.
