Nah every episode has a different animation director. These first 2 episodes looks like it's gonna be made by 2 of the best.

They just did a filler arc but for some reason Toei refuses to do filler arcs longer than four episodes (probably because they just reuse the same formula for each one) so they really don't stall any real time with it.

Mr. 2 is one of my favorite characters so far. The absurdity of his character is straight hilarious
