I've seen a FB account called Nostradamus of Box Office show up in four comments sections so far reposting the same message:

"Academy Award Fraud! The Zootopia win was rigged. This is the 5th rigged win in a row for Disney. A majority of the Academy Voters get paid off with with gifts etc by Disney to secure their vote. The win for Zootopia was already rigged when the nominations were announced. The only time in the past 10 years Disney did not win Best Animated Oscar was in 2012 when they did not have a movie nominated and Rango won. Kubo and the Two Strings should have won this year. This is the second time in 3 years that Laika Productions got screwed out of an Academy Award due to a rigged win for Disney."

I liked Kubo, but it being better than Zootopia or Moana?

That had to be there to establish how he was ostracized and confused about his sexuality at an early age. He carried that from a child to adulthood. The most powerful scene in the movie (which got Ali the Oscar) was in the childhood part.

But them calling him gay and him doing gay ish are different. To me they didn't even show how he was confused about his sexuality as a child, only that he was picked on for it. Hell, they didn't even show it as a teenager until....if anything he had no sexual identity. They showed him being alone more than anything. Even as an adult, he says he wasn't with anyone other than that time with Kevin. I didn't say remove the scenes with Juan, I'd say sprinkle it with the teenager and adult scenes. They had 2 scenes together.

Now Kevin in the other hand...The movie should've been about how he turned out his lonely, emotionally repressed, semi-friend. then we could say this gay movie.

To me, it's nasty.

I'm not anti-LGBTQ or any shyt like that. Even on GoT, I'll skip or turn my head on some kid shyt during the gay scenes. I guess I could do the same with this jawn, but I'd rather watch something else I find entertaining. Movies aren't a right/must to watch. I like to be entertained by the shyts I watch, and this joint isn't something I want to see.

It's a good movie but it's so basic, so paint by numbers and it does nothing new. The social commentary we have seen a millions times in all media in the last 10 years. I'm not saying every movie needs to break new ground but I'd rather movies that go all in and maybe fail in some parts (Nocturnal Animals, Loving, Demolition) then a well made safe movies like Hell or High Water.
Also Zootopia not getting a nom for Best Picture is dumb.

You idiots are tryna blame him cause he's old he knew somethin wasn't right but was confused cause it did say La La Land which was up for Best Picture he just was thrown off by Emma Stone's name bein there instead of the director's names, dude was lookin around for clarification and tried to show her it looked wrong cause she kept pushin him to read it but she blurted out the name without payin attention.

And he did reveal the truth he came back and told everyone what the card said and why he took such a long pause lookin at everyone, she was the one who went ghost after sayin the wrong shyt and hasn't been seen or heard from since.
