Straight up breh, my desire to see that flick continued to wane and it wasn't even because of the subject matter nor anyone involved, I just wasn't interested anymore so I couldn't be more apathetic at this point
I'm saying breh, and the fact all this is coming out about the killings, Gov Ventura, makes me not want to see it at all.
If the movie is good (I don't think it is) I kinda don't care :yeshrug:
Fair enough... I mean movies are an escape.

It's been a really shytty year. Rather unremarkable altogether. The absolute best movie I saw this year is 'technically' a 2013 release so I'm still not sure if I should put it in my top 10 (I'm very strict with shyt like that) and while I still got a lot of movies to see, it ain't good if I'm looking at my current top 5 like "this shyt really made it because there was nothing better out?".
I just don't see it breh
granted the first time i went to the theaters last year was in MAY. (skipped winter soldier in april).

but the past 7 months have been beyond solid IMO. it was the best summer in over a decade and ive really enjoyed almost all of the indie flicks.

It was a very good summer with all the time I could spend outside. We've had a very strong pre-summer with The Lego Movie, Captain America: TWS and The Grand Budapest Hotel, but I would sum up most of the actual summer line-up with a :ld:.

@HHR @kp404 @MartyMcFly @blazn101

didn't wanna make a thread but wanna ask

what was your favorite movie scene of 2014?

Hmmmmmmmmm

"HUMAN...WORK" from Dawn came to mind first. That or the apes siege on the compound, with the "tank shot".

Norton and Keaton's first workshopping of the scene in Birdman

Lou Bloom's "demands" from Nina. "When I say this is my lowest price....."

A scene in Ida that I won't spoil

The kids singing in Snowpiercer

Wiig and Hader signing "Nothing's Gonna Stop Us Now" in Skeleton Twins

The car chase in The Raid 2

the mansion scene in nightcrawler

the "f*cking f*ggot" scene in Grand Budapest Hotel

and the mud fight in raid 2

and ratajkowski taking her top off in Gone Girl :troll:
