Ayo @MartyMcFly you should make a thread of the top 10 movie scenes of 2014 or something.

I think that would be cool idea considering @flyry brought it up.
or the tops of 2014 thread could have our top movies.. plus our most disliked/overrated movies..as well as top scene

but maybe thats too much :manny:

the reason i didn't make a thread is because we haven't had the top movies of 2014 yet

Pay for that shyt bruh.

In the last two nights I've probably seen my two favorite female performances of the year.

Knightley in Laggies, which isn't a great movie, but she is fantastic.

Cotillaird in Two Day, One Night, which is a good solid movie built on her incredibly human performance.

It's kinda meh overall....takes a decent leap to buy into the conceit of the story. But it's Knightley and Rockwell doing Knightley and Rockwell things, so it's impossible to be that bad.

This is outrageous to me. The sound design and mix, at least on the 70mm IMAX print, was nearly unbearable.

I didn't have a problem with except the part with Michael Caine whispering to Murphy but most people didn't know what he said. It seems like Nolan wanted more emphasis on the score rather than the dialogue :manny:
