Now I'm not saying I agree with the umps...but it's the catcher's glove movement that throws them off, when the catcher sets up inside and moves his hand back over the plate (yes its a strike) it throws off the umps, and yes they should still make the right call.
Even the first one had zero movement from the catcher and the ump still missed it, smh. The movement of the glove plays a part.
