RSN's are dead.

MLB isn't going to miss 1-2 games weekly on ESPN

Getting off cable and going directly to the consumer via streaming are going to be vital for all the non-NFL leagues.

Manfred is doing what he needs to do push MLB to the future.

The downside is the blackouts and anyone potentially stumbling upon a baseball game (which can still be done on Fox or FS1), but MLB Network is the best sports specific channel. Between that and the MLB app, nobody misses Baseball Tonight. The only thing ESPN has than MLB Network doesn't is Jeff Passan. Trade Heyman for Passan and MLB will never need ESPN for anything.

The RSN's do need to be addressed because not everyone can have a YES Network or NESN or SNY,

I’m sure blackouts would be a thing of the past if MLBTV became the primary way to watch MLB. Blackouts are designed to protect the RSNs.

So if you do this,

Generally, a hot dog is 150 calories. The bun is also 150. So 9 hot dogs is 2700 calories, not including toppings.

A light beer is around 100 calories. At least for a normal 12 ounce can. The photo has tall boys but assuming the standard can = 900 calories.

3600 calories, in...probably 2 and a half hours.
And probably closer to 4000.
