I actually found the play I been telling people about for 20+ years when it comes to this Angel Hernandez guy.

It was later found out that this guy had a plane ticket to fly out shortly after the game, so he wasn't trying to have no extra innings.

He was gonna make sure the Braves won that game come hell or high water.

John Franco bumped into him and he told the league and filed a report, Franco had to go to court.

Fans were calling WFAN saying this guy should be banned, and here we are.

This is why I don't flinch every time I see an Angel Hernandez clip.

Detroit should have everybody on the table in trade talks, including Skubal, who's represented by Boras and a free agent in 2027. They have arms up and down their system, starters and relievers. Scott Harris needs to do his fukking job and start assembling a Major League lineup.

The Tigers have four regulars with BAs under .200 right now; Tork is .203, Greene is .216 and Keith is .224.

Detroit should have everybody on the table in trade talks, including Skubal, who's represented by Boras and a free agent in 2027. They have arms up and down their system, starters and relievers. Scott Harris needs to do his fukking job and start assembling a Major League lineup.

My O's got some log jams in the OF and IF. Wouldn't mind doing something for Skubal.

They make sense as a trade partner for sure. I'd ask for Gunnar Henderson and at least two top prospects for Skubal. Detroit has to get at least one proven MLB bat in any Skubal trade.

The asking price for Skubal would have to be pretty big.
He's got 2 more years of team control and he's a left-handed starter.

That's bringing back at least 4 prospects, probably 5.
Especially if he finishes the 2024 season as a Top 10-12 Starter...which he probably is.

I could see the O's giving you Kjersted, Mayo, and a couple of arms for Skubal. Gunnar is part of the reason for the IF block. Probably have to add Norby as well.

Then you'd be looking at someone like Mountcastle or Mullins on that deal. And Mullins is not what he used to be, but maybe a change of scenery would help. He is + defender.

I think he's fantastic value if he remains a shortstop. If he grows out of the position and has to move to 3B, he doesn't have as much value because his skill set doesn't translate there in terms of "elite".

Long term he's the 3B, Jackson is the likely SS
