I love how there’s really little drama over this week’s rankings, so they had to create a debate about scUM and MSU as if it’ll matter at the end of the day.
They just making up shyt as they go. But basically they're trying to hedge themselves in the unlikely scenario if MSU wins out and loses in the Big10 chip game and if Michigan wins out they can give the nod to Michigan.

Real shyt, no one playing college football right now was even alive the last time Notre Dame lost a premier bowl game by less than 2 touchdowns. :laff:

1996 Orange Bowl was the last time they were seriously competitive in a really big bowl game and they still lost by five to #7 Florida State.

They haven’t won a big bowl game since the ‘93 Cotton Bowl against Texas A&M.
