Foster was never coming to LSU. Coach went after him cause he got desperate for no reason. I hope we never recruit like we did that year again. That was pathetic all those old washed up coaches at a 3 star house everyday begging him to sign.

This was before Burrow even decided to transfer and our qb situation was ... "unproven". Finley is a class recruiter. You can't drop him or you will lose other recruits. TJ is 6'7" with a rifle... his upside is 1st pick in the draft. He's just raw right now and play in a gimmicky high school offense.

Haynes King could potentially be Money Manziel 0.5, but who knows. His high school team is dominant. He's never under pressure and his receivers are always wide open.

Edit: Both of them of them have a lot of potential but neither is going to play for a long time. One is way too under undersized and the other is raw and unpolished.

Haynes is going to play early ppl don’t realize how good of an athlete he is he’s much more athletic than manziel and he’s still got a lot of growing left to do he’ll probably be close to 6’4’’ by the time he gets to A&M. The only knock is he doesn’t have a prototypical release but that doesn’t matter he can throw from all different angles and the ball jumps out of his hand. All those 50+ yard bombs he throws where it looks like he’s just flicking his wrist has coaches drooling. I am very serious, his fam is moving to Louisiana. This is nothing new Bama moved Tua’s family from Hawaii to Alabama, Duke bought Zion a million dollar home in Durham, NC. This is been goin on for years the only time it’s a problem is when Will Wade or Sean Miller are doing it

Lol nah I was just pointing out how Jimbo was able to get Foster in 2018 and how he's i guess on the verge of getting King as well. I wasn't throwing shade at LSU, just speaking on Jimbo and his recruitment of QB's.

But yea I like Finley as well just based off his physical stature . If he's receptive to coaching and y'all continue to recruit as well as you are offensive (that won't change), he can be dangerous in a few years

That doesn’t mean that he wanted to go there. Once again when players decommit or choose another school over LSU it’s not because y’all didn’t want them lol. No one ever said when someone doesn’t pick LSU the staff didn’t want them. This particular case that it the case, LSU already had two QB commits when we offered and Haynes and his fam expressed their interest. LSU gave his fam the impression that they’re good with the 2 commits they have.

And that’s ur opinion that it’s a bad look, the coaches have seen Haynes King and Max Johnson a lot more in depth than you have that’s for sure.

The only thing that’s hard to determine is work ethic and intelligence but from all accounts King is smart and a hard worker

I’ve watched a good bit of him he doesn’t have a strong arm for his size or anything at all. And he isn’t anywhere near the athlete that King is obviously. The only thing that’s hard to determine is work ethic and intelligence but from all accounts King is smart and a hard worker
