And supposedly, he called her friend a faq and she responded by spitting on him, calling him niggger and then pushing him, sk then he hit her.

Not clear on who started the whole thing at first.

But that's supposedly what happened. And the girl had a criminal background already so that's another reason why the case didn't go further than it did.

Because if it was just some random innocent white girl then it's probably a different story
