YES!!! They probably do!! Alot of times we don't know what triggers our panic attacks, but many times it's deep seeded. I know me in particular, I witnessed a family friend die of an asthma attack at our house when I was 9. He was an older gentlemen(probably in his early 50's) so that lowkey triggers some panic in me. I've had chronic asthma my whole life. I goes away for a couple years, than comes back.Hmm...I had bad asthma as kid. I wonder if my panic attacks are triggered by things I associate with my past asthma symptoms?
I just had another panic attack, but this time at work. But it was a "controlled" panic attack if that makes sense. Boss let me off an hour early. I hope this doesn't mean my panic attacks are resurging. I gotta nip this in the bud, or this could give me employment issues. Luckily I'm way more Psychologically prepared for these than I was in 2013.....The dark days. But still, it sucks having these.
Life throws u a curve ball....

If think about killing yourself, imagine yourself wearing a suicide bomber’s vest of explosives and walking into a crowd of innocents.
That’s effectively what it is. Even if you “feel” like no one loves you or cares about you, you are most likely loved–and most definitely lovable and worthy of love.
Panic attacks and anxiety are a result of a B vitamin deficiency. The fastest way to fix this issue is by eating liver (has all the B vitamins), and supplementing separately with thiamin, niacin, and b6.
Magnesium will also help since it works as a muscle relaxant.
It has an acquired taste for sure. My dad and I are the only ones in the family who like it; but hey, it works.Liver

I noticed some of my black folks flunked out of the STEM programs at my college because of being overwhelmed leading to them become stuck. I'm considering working on an abstract to send to admissions departments to encourage them to include mental health counseling to anyone who has to be put on academic probation. And produce educational materials and posters to increase awareness.
My professors joked the stress and pressure they put us through is to make us capable to handle the real world. I think this approach is only necessary for surgeons and airplane pilots.
The past 5 years they have really been controlling and monitoring the amount of work professors are giving to students.
Anxiety/panic attacks are caused by lactic acidosis. Lactic acidosis (low oxygen/high lactic acid) within the body is due to a deficiency in the B vitamins. When the liver is deficient in B vitamins, it's unable to complete the proper cycle of converting lactic acid out of the blood, in turn causing nervous system and adrenal gland malfunction. You mean drink water and get out more?
