Other ingredients: Glucose syrup, sucrose, annatto extract, beeswax, fractionated coconut oil, lactic acid, etc.. Far too many fillers.

I know it's very inexpensive (I used to take those as a kid), but you get what you pay for.. Capsule or tabsule forms are your best bet.

Also, you to make sure your multivitamin has the vitamin E as mixed tocopherols, not dl-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (synthetic form) that's missing beta, gamma, and delta.

If you want a multivitamin derived strictly from plant-based foods, go for Food Research or MegaFood.

You'll be surprised on what a proper diet can do to your mood.

Don't take eating for granted. If I eat certain foods, I become angry, agitated, restless etc.

Most of the problems start in your eating habits. Vitamins can fix alot of different issues, but you need to dose correctly.

Doctors don't make money off of healthy people. Remember that.

Bout to do a round of Vitamin A to help clear up this Roscea :whew:

Are you a vegan? Even meat eaters are quite often deficient in B12, usually due to compromised guts.

Either way, you should probably get your levels checked.

Methylcobalamin or hydroxocobalamin are the best forms to supplement with.

I've been offered them but I refused. I'm shook after reading that they make you more likely to commit suicide :dahell:

I've been meaning to try the liquid version. Right now I'm take 4500 mcg of pure methylcobalamin powder in my morning kefir, in conjunction with the other B's.

B6, Folic acid, and B12 actually lower homocysteine. High levels of homocysteine are a predictive biomarker for cardiovascular disease.

Probably one of the reasons why sugar leads to cardiovascular problems, because sugar depletes your body's stores of B vitamins.

Anxiety/panic attacks are caused by lactic acidosis. Lactic acidosis (low oxygen/high lactic acid) within the body is due to a deficiency in the B vitamins. When the liver is deficient in B vitamins, it's unable to complete the proper cycle of converting lactic acid out of the blood, in turn causing nervous system and adrenal gland malfunction.
