He got pulled over last month for his brake light being out...the officer ended up arresting him for dwi...my friend consented to giving blood and the results came back as .077...just under the limit...my friend had been drinking and told the officer he had...I guess the charges will be dropped. He told me he was going to try and get the dept to pay him back for the car being towed
